Garden & Gun // Five-Word Dog Stories

A series of animated spot illustrations created for Garden & Gun’s online feature showcasing five-word dog stories submitted by readers. The assignment involved translating short, humorous anecdotes into playful visual moments while highlighting sporting dog breeds that fit the magazine’s aesthetic.

I developed the illustrations from initial concepts and sketches through final animated GIFs, creating a cohesive visual style with expressive line work, hand-drawn lettering, and subtle color accents.
